Adi Kailash And Om Parvat Darshan By Helicopter Ex- Pithoragarh
Located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, the 6,310-meter-tall Adi Kailash, often referred to as ‘Chhota Kailash,’ holds significant spiritual importance. It is considered a miniature replica of the famed Mount Kailash near Lake Mansarovar in Tibet. Just a short distance away, near the borders of India, Tibet, and Nepal, lies the mysterious Om Parvat, adding to the region’s mystique.
For devotees of Hinduism, particularly followers of Lord Shiva, the Adi Kailash Yatra is a highly revered pilgrimage. The journey to Adi Kailash is not only a spiritual endeavor but also an opportunity to explore several other important and scenic attractions along the way. Some of the notable sites include Parvati Jheel, Gauri Kund, Kunti Parvat, Pandav Fort, Bahama Parvat, Parvati Mukut, Shesh Naag Parvat, Ved Vyas Gufa, and Kali Mandir, each carrying its own religious and historical significance.
Legend has it that Lord Shiva (also known as Bhagwan Kedarnath) would visit this sacred place with Goddess Parvati, their son Kartikeya, and younger son Ganesha to admire the beauty of nature and spend time together in this tranquil environment.
